Center Point is waiting for you at this marvelous and historical 2-bedroom cottage. With a cozy twin beds and a luxurious king bed, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, hair dryer, and AC. The bathrooms offer a refreshing shower and a relaxing bathtub. Annie's River Cottage is just 10 minutes from Kerrville, 5 minutes from Comfort and 30 minutes from Hunt & Fredericksburg. We are located in the heart of the Hill Country with the Guadalupe River flowing on the backside of the property. You’ll love our home as it has 6 Acres nestled on 600' of river frontage. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large wrap around porch. This is the perfect place for romantic getaways, serene weekends, writers who need peace, and those who are looking to gateway from the hustle and bustle of life.
