「Absolutely amazing location with stunning views. The property is new, well maintained, clean and has everything to need for your stay. We stayed in the Tucan villa, the pool was perfect and the covered deck was great on warm rainy days. The staff was super friendly and easy to connect with through What’sApp. Uvita beach is a short drive away, lots of good restaurants nearby. We stayed 12 nights and didn’t want to leave! We will definitely come back here if in Costa Rica again.」

「Amazing property but what really made the trip extra special was the amazing concierge service Geraldine provided for our group. Absolutely spectacular. Breakfast every morning with Chef Victor and Eduardo was outrageously amazing. Being Mexico born and raised myself I often miss those home cooked meals my grandmother made and they really hit the mark on those morning nostalgic flavors making the entire experience for our group extra special. Thank you!!」

「20 mins away from the hotel zone. Close to Go mart and convenience store to purchase toiletries. Also walmart nearby and uber is convenient to use as well. Quiet area, safe, house was exactly as the pictures. Aside from the toilets not working upstairs the house was great. The pool was cleaned for my stay daily & the host was responsive at all times. I will stay again when i return to cancun. 」

「I can't say enough great things about this spot. If it's even possible, the space is even more beautiful in person! The concierge (we worked with Laura) is incredible and makes planning a group trip so easy! We utilized the private chef service for dinner and breakfast 1 day and absolutely loved it. 「Amazing place to stay. Pictures do not give justice to this place. Your as close to the beach and ocean as you can get. The housekeeping was included and it was amazing. They cleaned and scrubbed every day and included laundry. If you left clothes on the floor they were washed and folded for you. The best kept secret was Irma the cleaner, she also would cook and buy groceries for you. She charged 50 to cook what ever you wanted and she did an amazing job. No restaurants could compare. 「This stay, put simply, was the best part of our trip! Everything was extremely seamless from pre-trip communication all the way through the entire stay. Gabby and her team are so thorough and there for anything that you need! The house in itself is absolutely stunning and spotless, exactly as it is listed and even better in person! We will be shouting this from the rooftops and would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas!」

「This property was exactly what my family and I needed. It has its own personal pool, washer and dryer, kitchen and all utensils. The only negative things I can say is the water pressure. The water pressure in the showers were very poor. A 5 minute shower took me 15 to 20 minutes. The maintenance Enrique stopped by to clean the hoses because it was full of sand. Apparently the minerals in the water has a lot. After he called clean all the hoses, it was a little better, but not compare to the...

「Visited Casa Del Mar with our grown children, 11 total. The house was just perfect. Right on your own little slice of beach. I could have spent the whole week without leaving the property at all. The master bedroom has a private deck, and another bedroom with 2 doubles has a private deck also. We rented 6 mopeds and had them delivered for the week. We drove them north as far as possible out to Isla Blanca, most stunning beach with just a few locals. Drove them to restaurants and grocery, etc....

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
