「The hotel is located right in JMU very easy location, 1/2 mile from downtown. The lobby is very nice, breakfast was fine, nothing crazy but good enough. Check in was ok, we didn’t get the room we booked and was told to talk to Expedia about it. There was a strange odor on the floors, not sure if it was new carpeting or wallpaper but it was strong. Room was nice and spacious, bathroom was ok, shower just had a glass panel, no door or curtain. It’s a bit noisy at night, Main Street is busy.」

「Our inkeepers were so great, made us feel welcome and cared for. The location was awesome, near the Cave Hill Brewery, several nice restaurants, and a spa close by. we were close to skiing, and overlooking Massanutten resort. The Inn was perfect, clean and cozy. Thank you 」

「It was an average stay overall. The place was clean and the staff was fantastic, but the décor felt pretty outdated. Breakfast was small with a limited selection, and the seating area was tiny. There’s also no onsite convenience store—just a couple of vending machines.」
