"Room was spotless, staff on my floor was excellent.Weda nickname and her staff I was in room 2012 for 4 stays went over and above to make sure I was taken care of. Also the staff at lobby desk went over and above to make sure I could keep same room all 4 nights. Paid for 2 nights, because of flooding in california my guests could not fly into denver because of delays and cancellations. I added 2 more nights hoping they could arrive, no luck.So my xmas family for 4 days was ameristar staff of weda and her team, firestone grill team, I ate there all 4 days no where else,food was excellent , lobby overnight crew, day crew also, the pool and outside whirlpool was clean, water temperatures perfect. I stay in alot of hotels has a high school, and offseason college 🏀, and girls flag football 🏈 official all year round.5 star expereince. Sincerely Gino Mares "

"Everyone was very kind and helpful. Also, I was upgraded from a regular room to a suite, which was large and very nice. The second sink, microwave, extra space, and fireplace were all appreciated. I also enjoyed the convenient location with nearby amenities. "
