「We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location. Everything was easily walkable. The room itself while cozy was comfortable and exceptionally clean. The parking situation was a little less than ideal with the "designated lot" being public parking located 2 blocks away. However, there was plenty of street parking as long as one paid attention to the date/time. The coffee station outside the room was rather unusual but was fine. A microwave would have been a nice addition even if it was shared...

「Fabulous location and amazing property overall. If you’re interested in artistic expression and looking for something a little different this is the place for you. Definitely would stay again. Our room was adorable and fun to stay in. Coffee, water and other toiletries were topped up every day in the hall. Felt safe in the building Property can be a little noisy but they offer ear plugs. 「Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek.
