「Good location, cost a little high for the area and the room provided. Staff are however, fantastic and try to accomodate.」

「The beds were very comfortable. Good selection for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy were very good.」

「My room was decorated nicely, just like the photo, but I was surprised about several things: There were crumbs of food all around the base of the bed, the bedspread was tucked in on one side and not the other, there were no cups, no bar soap for the sink, not a thing on the counter except a hair dryer. There was shampoo and conditioner in a container in the shower, and the extra towels were neatly folded and placed on the floor! There were no flyers in the room of restaurants or maps or things...

「The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfy. We asked for a 2 queen. Not sure if all the 2 queen rooms are like this or if it was a suite of some kind, but it had a nice sofa and ottoman that could seat 2 and a nice little tea/coffee bar with a sink that was separate from the bathroom sink. The shower had great temperature and water pressure. Breakfast was notably better than most, serving two meat choices daily, the fruit salad was super fresh. The biscuits...

「The continental breakfast was not restocked leaving very little choice for those that didn’t come early. I got there 30 minutes before the end of the service, and the coffee was gone. In my opinion the coffee and hot water for tea should be a 24 hour service.」

「People were very nice and helpful, breakfast was very mediocre, tables/chairs dirty, pool and gym were nice and clean. Beds decent, bathroom could’ve been a lot cleaner.」

「The room was DISGUSTING. AC unit has never been cleaned, wiped down, nothing. Hair dryer had someone else's hair on it. Towels had stains. Remote had something sticky on the buttons. And $100 deposit is WILD for that quality. I'd give zero stats if it was an option. That was quite literally money in the trash. A freaking nightmare. Hotels are supposed to be clean.」

「This was a shocker. This hotel needs a major make over . When we were checking in it seemed ok but. But as we got further in it was visible this place needs a total makeover. Its hard to find a good motel in Cannon City without driving 10 miles . We were so caught off guard. the Room s are dirty I mean on the morning we left the toilet seat fell off toilet. very very much needed update / alarm clock did not work. pool is locked in order to get in you have to go to front desk and ask for...

「I hate to bash hardworking staff but..We never had sufficient toilet tissue or towels. 3 adults were registered, we only had 2 towels. When I requested more toilet tissue, the desk promised to send it but never did. After requesting a room refresh we ended up with no TP. We bought it ourselves. The desk staff wasn't the friendliest. The cafeteria people were lovely and we enjoyed the pool.」
