「Lady at the front desk was very personable and friendly」

「Breakfast and area was disappointing with trash can overflowing when we arrived. Room had odd odor. Carpet needs replaced. Smart TVs would be nice. Shower leaks out by onto the bathroom floor. Had to put my shoulder into the door to get it to open. Based board and trim have areas in need of repair. Poor overall. Okay because all we did was sleep there.」

「Excellent breakfast with plenty of delicious protein. Very clean room, the front desk gentleman, Robert was amazingly patient as we had plenty of issues with our reservation thanks to Expedia. He finally was able to determine the problem Expedia was causing with the payment being transferred. He is definitely a five star employee!」

「Currently undergoing refurbishment that, when completed, will make this a really nice hotel and great bargain. I would stay there again, but would recommend a better explanation from the front desk that the rooms - which are down a long corridor in what is essentially another building - would be more easily accessed by driving and parking near that building's door.」
