「We had a room, not a cabin. The room was small, and it would benefit immensely from more electrical outlets. I had high expectations going in because the ratings seemed to be really up there, but I hadn't considered or even looked for whether it was room or cabin that I was viewing. Mind you, it was not a bad stay, it was just a little less than what I was expecting.」

「Very elegant, clean and beautiful. We were sorry there was no food or bar service in the off season. But the setting, pool, saunas and hikes made up for that. Plan your food ahead or book when they are serving.」

「The pool was out for 3 days. We had 3 small boys who specifically wanted to swim and it was a battle trying to explain why the pool would not work, etc. They had an agreement with a neighboring hotel to use their pool, but a hassle trying to take 3 little ones and especially when very cool outside to cross over.」
