“Comfy bed, quiet neighborhood, very clean, and really kind and communicative host!”

“Clean, safe and quiet. ”

“Great spot if you need a place in Albuquerque it is essentially located so it's easy to get pretty much anywhere in town The owner was very courteous and responded to me in A matter of minutes”

“The place was super clean, and overall, we enjoyed our stay! The only things that could have been better were the communication regarding the security gate check-in process and the checkout cleaning instructions. I had to reach out by call/message to clarify those details. I was also surprised by the refundable security deposit, as that felt quite high. Aside from those things, the property itself was very clean.”

“We're so over noisy hotels with questionable cleanliness and cheap, ill-prepared breakfasts, so we decided to try a vrbo property for our quick trip to attend a local event. We weren't disappointed. The amenities were as advertised. The guest house was clean and well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed two quiet nights of sleep. The property wasn't far from the interstate and was gated, giving us peace of mind. There is a restaurant close by that served a tasty breakfast at a……

“Not too much noise despite being close to main roads.”

“Great space to stay for multiple nights! We made dinner and breakfast and the kitchen was very nice to work in! Everything was clean, homey, the perfect place to stay in and hang or come back to after exploring! In their welcome binder they mention they are across the street from old town. Be prepared to drive 10 minutes or Uber there but it is a straight shot with minimal traffic!”

“The space was as listed and reviews were accurate. This was a great location for walking to many places in Old Town. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were high quality.Taryn was a very responsive host and addressed any concerns and questions promptly. I had a very pleasant stay.”

“Everything felt just right, no major surprises but no disappointments either during my time here.”

“Great communication with the host. Sweet little property in a safe neighborhood. Would use again.”

“We stayed here for a few days on a work trip. It had everything we needed. The water pressure was good.”

“Location, unit, and service was excellent! Walkable distance to a lot of good restaurants, place was clean and spacious for a single person, and comm for assistance was quick.”

“Host was very responsive and attentive. Overall a cute neighborhood with easy access to shopping, airport and atteactions.”

“Comfortable, great location, easy access, quiet. Mostly clean, one of only two bath towels was stained though. Kitchen clean and stocked for what we needed. Living room lamp didn’t work but able to temp move office lamp that did. a/c worked great. Overall was great place to stay.”

“The apartment was very clean and well organized. It met all my needs. I appreciated being so close to the university and had access to great restaurants and other shopping. I appreciated the quick response from our host as she accommodated our specific needs. It was a wonderful location and having our own parking spot was a great convenience. ”

“This place is, as advertised, bizarre and beautiful. My wife and I loved it and will return whenever we visit our son a couple miles up the road. Being from Alaska, AC is very important to us and it worked perfectly for us. The beds were quite comfortable, all the furniture was comfortable, the TV was big and had a great picture, and the kitchen, while small had everything we needed. One caveat though. We would caution people with mobility/accessibility issues . There are uneven steps up or down……
