「We had a great time at Greg’s property. The house is huge and easily accommodated the 25 guests we had. It is very conveniently located for those that like to take advantage of skiing between Hunter and Windham mountains. Greg was extremely responsive and very easy to work with anytime we had questions arise. I would definitely recommend to others and will most certainly keep this place in mind for future trips! 「Hotel Pratt is not really a traditional hotel. It is an interesting and comfortable rental property that is a hotel without a front desk. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The communication with Angie and CJ is excellent. They really do care about your comfort and concerns. The parking is fantastic. Cooperstown can be a parking nightmare. At the Hotel Pratt, nearly everything and place is easily walkable. Definitely recommend this! 」

「It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay.」

「I booked this home for my framing crew coming from out of town. The booking, check in process was always smooth. Sara was very responsive and accommodating. The home was clean, and Sara offered fresh eggs and coffee for breakfast starters. It’s a great place to unplug from today’s world. 「We have family in Johnson City, and this was a perfect location for us!! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners have done an excellent job renovating and renovating with creativity!! Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated.
