「Pros: Hotel is clean. Pillow is very comfy. Location is convenient close to Fulton St Station and many downtown attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cons: no coffee maker at room, room temperature can only be adjusted up to 74 degrees, which was too cold for us. # please note there will be $100 deposit and $20 facility fee per night. 」

「The Doormen were polite and welcoming. They were fantastic! The bed was a dream and I would like to know the name of the mattress that they use. The only negative was that I would like more lighting in the room and bathroom. I would stay there again!」
