"Staff was very unhelpful they gave us map to get to our room ans it was wrong, wrong directions. They also charged us the room rate plus $150 deposit. Never heard of that, usually they charge ur room when you check out and u pay a deposit up front, when asked why she was rude and eas like well thats how we do it here. On top of that they said my deposit will take up to 7 days to get credited back. Rooms were old and no coffee maker. "

"The room set up is weird furniture out dated On out check out day @ 9:30 and worker just walked in our room 2 hours before check out asking when we were leaving. Which was ok just wish she would of knocked "

"The room was very clean and they even made the bed and changed the towels. This was a huge surprise since this has not happened lately even in far more expensive hotels. The only negative was that the bathroom was small but it is an old hotel and not much can be done about that. Onsite is the Waffle House restaurant. The service was fantastic, great variety and Paula provided the best service "

"Outdoor pool was nice and warm. Very spacious and 9ft at the deepest point. Great for families."

"The parking lot is sketchy. The rooms are horribly upgraded. I reserved the queen kitchenette and was told my room wasnt ready when i checked in at 3pm and was told to come back. I told them no. I traveled over 7 hours with a baby. This pleace is absolutely horrible, getto as hell. Half the people here LIVE here permanently. One is a creepy old drunk guy that does not stop talking. They do not serve breakfast as advertised. They wont clean ur room or give you anything extra or clean towels. You have to walk to the office and get it yourself. The phones dont work. Just dont. Go elsewhere. This place absolutely SUCKS. Stayed here 3/27/2026. "

"Our stay was overall very nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and they brought us extra towels as requested. The only thing that I feel could’ve been improved was the TV, as it felt very outdated and clunky."
