"A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the gym and pool. My only negative was the habit that many Slovakian hotels have of using single beds and placing them together (while still made up as single beds) and claiming this to be a double or king bed.
Thankfully the reception staff provided me with sheets to convert my singles to a double (sort of)"
"We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel is modern and clean, the stuff is friendly and polite, and the breakfast was tasty. Pool & SPA are ensuring good relaxation, although a +1~2°C in the pool would make it even better. Only one thing that is a little bit exaggerated = parking fee."

"Hi! I had a very good stay at this hotel, the staff were kind and spoke English, which made everything easier. The room was comfortable, the breakfast had a wide selection and was very tasty, and the restaurant felt almost gourmet! I would definitely stay here again"

"We loved our stay with a Mountain View and balcony! The place was just off the busy street in town so it was pretty quiet compared to the main street. They only give 1 pillow per person but happily gave us an additional pillow upon request. Breakfast was included and made to order and served with breads, yogurt, etc. and parking was not too expensive 50 PLN and only about 2 min walk from the parking lot to hotel. Just a bit confusing to find the first time. The only downside was that we booked sauna time and not a single towel for use in the whole sauna. I guess you’re supposed to bring your room towel? But we were not informed. They also only give one towel in the room per person. "
"Very nice room with comfortable bed. The included breakfast had a large variety and was very good. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the train station which is convenient for arrival and departure as well as the bus to morski oko. It’s about 20 minutes to the funicular and the walking street"
