“The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!”

“This place is beautiful and easy to find and it’s a great place overall, but if you are staying on a lower floor you NEED the earplugs left for you. Without the earplugs, I wouldn’t have slept without them and thankfully they were provided beside the bed. If you aren’t a person who is woken by footsteps above you, this place is most likely perfection! It’s easy to park, spacious, and felt safe at all times! Plus, walking to the Farmer’s Market for food and plants was a huge highlight of our……

“Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue. “Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay”
