「The room wasn’t ready until after 4:00. No prior notice, no communication. First thing the next morning they send a text saying what time checkout is and if you check out later it’s $25-100 extra. A little ironic don’t you think. Parking was $60. 」

「The location was amazing! Just a block down from Broadway, and 2nd Street also has so much to do. The hotel room was huge, the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had views of the river. We had two kings and a pullout couch. The couch was quirky, but we figured it out. The front desk workers were helpful.
