「If you have young kids and want to explore nature without crowds this is the best place. There is swimming in the creek with a water slide. Pool with a water slide and hot springs. The nature tour was so good and we saw so much wildlife at our hotel for free! Very relaxed vibe and we felt like the only guests. It’s a 25 min drive from La Fortuna but honestly so worth it. Definitely one of my favorite hotels we have ever stayed at.」

「This place could truly be excellent, however they just missed the mark in a few areas. 1) The restaurant food quality was almost good but they used toxic seed oils in everything. 2) We booked the sauna only to find it turned off and no towels for us. We turned it on ourselves, told staff to push our appointment back to the next half hour block. One hour after turning the sauna on it was 46°C inside, we hadn’t broke a sweat & staff came by to ensure we didn’t over stay our time limit. We...

「Lovely quiet area to stay. We speak very little Spanish, they were so willing and patient with communication. The porch area was lovely. We enjoyed rocking and having an evening drink. There is a small store about a mile away. We went to bed early and were so surprised that 4 other couples were there for breakfast. Breakfast was a “typical” and very good. 」
