「We were asked for arrival time which we massaged them that we would arrive early, we were told to wait since cleaning crew were in the room which was okay but we were not told the room was ready till we checked on it and the cleaning crew were done. The room was not very clean. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was not wiped down and had dust on it. There were hair pieces in the bathroom sink and in the toilet. 「$37 for a martini was a bit much. Trash in the hall way and a leaky hallway ceiling were on two different floors. Poop bags were not replaced during my three day stay. This was at the lawn in the back. The door to get to that lawn is not accessible with a room key forcing people with their dogs to walk all the way to the side doors. We used a rock to prop the door open so we could get back in. The staff was fantastic in all departments.」

「Great accommodations for 6. Just enough room. The resort options for eating were excellent. The Hot Tubs were awesome. Should have enough robes for the capacity of the rooms. Concierge was accommodating when we needed a booze run as there was not an option on site. The shops at the resort were great and had almost everything we needed.Skiing was awesome although it was 65-70 all 3 days...glad I brought shorts.」

「We had a fabulous stay at this property! Our room was clean, spacious and worked well for 5 adults (could accommodate more).The host provided a lot of helpful details prior to our visit. The kitchen was well stocked & you can walk accross the street to Target for groceries. You absolutely can not beat this location for gondola access. We rented skis on-site and a short walk up a set of stairs and you are at the gondola. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by. The heated pool and 2 hot tubs...
