「Home was pristine and clean inside The back area needs attention. The hammocks were old and unusable. The outside table needed cleaned and there were no chair cushions. The grill didn't have any gas. The inside of the home was very nice, roomy and clean. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you」

「The property is very old. The doors and windows have lots of open crevices so bugs can easily come inside. There were tons of spiders actively around the home along with crazy looking centipedes. Nothing poisonous which was good. The back door doesn’t align to the lock so it has to be lifted up so that you can lock the dead bolt. The view is fantastic. I enjoyed the large window door in the mornings to look out at the lake but that was probably the best part. No cooking vent and the windows...

「This property is a jewel; it has B&B vibes! I loved that they use actual room keys instead of key cards, as they are famous for demagnetizing. I didn’t use the spa, but it looked very clean. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. Also it’s well within walking distance to The Village and we attended a free Tuesday Blues band concert. Also has hiking trails which I’ll be back to explore. Mostly what I loved is the quiet location; no road noise! It was as quiet as my best camping trip.」

「My wife and I rented this lovely little cabin for 3 nights and would have loved to stay 3 more. The history is super cool and there are a bunch of items and memorabilia on the walls relating to the cabin making for a really unique experience. Don’t expect it to feel like a modern hotel room. 「Everything was great! Kitchen was hot but we didn’t need to be in there much. The refrigerator did not keep things super cold, but we didn’t have much to keep in it. Those are my only “complaints”. Having plenty of towels and a washer/dryer was wonderful since we were so dirty from hiking each day. Overall, great stay and would definitely stsy again.」

「The directions were clear to get to the spot. It small studio cabin but great for two people! Beautiful stars, little picnic table outside with a small patio. The other cabin does have a better view of sunset, but you have a beautiful view as well! Very cozy. Love hearing the nature around, we also heard woodpeckers at night. Would return again.」
