「Pros - attentive staff If you like an old style hotel it would probably appeal Cons - room cleaning was patchy - full length windows were covered in 1m x 2m of greasy handprints when I arrived - a bit disgusting. Informed front desk staff on day 2, was told they would be cleaned, were not cleaned during my 5 day stay). Remainder of room was a bit dated, but clean The area surrounding the hotel does not feel safe to go out after dark - ubers are cheap, but unless you need to be in this area...

「Excelente」

「Very attentive and faintly staff! The location is great, just a 1/2 block off avenue paulista so a little quieter but convenient to everything. The finishes are really nice and there are nice little extra touches upon arrival and evening turn down. Highly recommend!」
