“We brought our horses up to ride in the Coldwater rec area. The property is also less than an hour from Navarre Beach, which we also enjoyed.”

“Beautiful property, no noises around other than the chickens, ducks and turkeys. Great place to just kick back and relax, throw a fishing line out, read a book, watch the birds, whatever makes you happy to relax to. Highly recommend the place and we will be back.”

“This little guest house was perfect for my visit home for my high school reunion. It was absolutely the perfect location. The property manager was extremely responsive with any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again!”

“Great little cabin on a beautiful property, tucked back off the beaten path. The house has just about everything you need. If it doesn't, there are stores not too far away. We loved exploring the property with our dogs. Fishing was attempted, but more turtles than fish responded to the bait. It was great to sit in the back living space with morning coffee and just watch the animals in and around the pond start their day. We felt like we were perched in a tree house! Host Chris is very helpful……

“Overall, I enjoyed staying at this house. The living room is large with tons of seating. All of the bedrooms are fully furnished and the house was very recently painted. This house is exactly as described and pictured. The owner is very responsive and friendly. The internet is a Verizon hotspot, but the speed supported all of the smart TVs. There is a datacap and once you reach it the internet slows down to the point it can't be used.”

“We had a wonderful stay overnight here. The staff is very friendly, the grounds are beautiful, and the cabin we stayed in was clean and well maintained. We took our kids down to the Coldwater spring fed creek and they had a blast playing in the crystal clear refreshing water. I highly recommend staying here!”
