「My stay in Ravello is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The hotel and service are out of my expectations. All the staffs are very welcoming. We were upgraded to sea view room, which is amazing. The view from Ravello is very different from Amalfi/Positano. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The infinity pool is a must visit spot of the hotel. We love the in room breakfast a lot, with a wide range of food choice. Given that the transportation in Amalfi Coast is busy, really appreciate...

The host went above and beyond, was the most kind and thoughtful person and made our stay even better than we could have hoped. 「The bathtub leaked when we took shower.My friend slipped after a shower as very very wet floor. fortunately no hurt for her. Bed cover is not clean and has dusty and there were traces os insets bites on my face. I went to my place to see doctor and pointed out that my face was bitten by insects. Poor WiFi facilities in hotel. Why say free WiFi in hotel . Suggest change better routers to improve WiFi as 4- stars hotel — this is not met the level」

「Great property with views along the Amalfi coast, I will definitely stay here again. The restaurant menu is limited but very good quality, they could do with some snack options. The breakfast was excellent, much better than expected. There is no Coffee or Tea facilities in the room, and the swimming pool was out-of-order, which was a shame.」
