This is an excellent, new, and modern property that feels very well-maintained. ​The accommodation was superb: the rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. We found no faults whatsoever with the physical amenities or the quiet ambiance of the hotel. The slightly out-of-city location provides a welcome peaceful retreat. ​The dining was highly impressive. The food was very nice, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices. The service in the restaurant was prompt, and the waiters were particularly helpful, making every meal a pleasant experience. ​Above all, the staff’s professionalism and helpfulness were outstanding. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the housekeeping, was attentive and courteous, delivering consistently great service. ​I wholeheartedly recommend Fortune Park BBD to anyone visiting Lucknow who prioritizes modern facilities, spacious comfort, and truly outstanding service."
