「We would not stay anywhere else ! It is our “home away from home “. It is a minute walk to the beach from our room , affordable and has the most comfortable beds ! Very clean and personable . Sydney , the hotel cat, slept in our room one night . Boutique hotels are the way to go ! Why spend $1000 a night for a hotel on Grace Bay ? We always go through Expedia and rarely pay no more than $250 a night at Sibonne . We just came back from Sibonne last week . That was our 3rd time to stay there and...

「We loved The Sands! Great location. Beautiful beach. Rooms were large. Screened in porch was great. Washer/dryer in every room came in handy. Cute little mini kitchen perfect for coffee, breakfast and lunch. The staff is amazing! Walking distance to town and shops was a real plus for us. Highly recommend!」

「The public areas of the property are aesthetically appealing, featuring a well-maintained swimming pool. Excellent access to the beach with lounge chairs is available. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel are both friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the rooms is disappointing. The room I occupied lacked soundproofing; noises such as children shouting, footsteps from the upstairs guests, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible and echoed into the room....
