「New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. 「The host could not have been more helpful and friendly! Pool was a little cool and didn't get a lot of sun but we were always able to find some sun on the pool deck. When we booked the listing said a hot tub was there but none was available so that was a disappointment. Close to all beaches and in a quiet safe neighborhood . Worked out perfectly for us, would recomend it to anyone traveling there.」

「I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

「I think I expected something else. My room was not very well kept. The towels weren’t bleached! Also, the walls and bathroom door stained. The hallway too! The bed was u comfortable! Insane amount of money for those conditions. 」

「Everything about the hotel was amazing. The beach is just breathtaking! Restaurant and shops are within walking distance. Awesome turn down service in the room. Pool and pool staff were quick and very friendly. Latoya in Coralli gave the best service! She’s so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was really good and those grits were cooked to perfection! Definitely should be a daily menu item! Can’t wait to return! 」

「Spacious boathouses with great patio and terrace views. Very clean. Our boathouse had a few issues with the patio door lock and dryer not working which could not be fixed during our stay. Staff offered to move us but we decided shifting was not worth the effort. Dining is limited to 1 restaurant and the breakfast menu gets boring. Beach services are only towel and umbrella, no dining or drinks available. There is construction going on in the property but it is well managed snd not disturbing.」
