"Nice clean room and bathroom"

"Stayed 9 nights (because we had to pay in full), was told every 3 days they would clean the room. Had to call on the 5th day for cleaning. When we got back, they didn’t change the sheets, give us new glasses, or any hand or face towels. The blanket had questionable stuff on it, called office to have sheets and blankets changed out and room cleaned. Still no new hand, face towels. No fridge, coffee in room, no shampoo or hair dryer. The floor was wavy with a soft spot as if you could fall through. The door had a gap in the side and bottom of door, our room smelled of cigarettes, the people next door you could hear their conversations even on the phone. I have stayed at numerous Motel 6, but I will not again."

"Breakfast was okay. Nothing special but was good. The best part of this hotel is the friendly staff, especially the wonderful manager. "

"My stay was great! The room was big and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. The shower was hot. My only complaint is that here’s not a person at the front desk. There’s a virtual kiosk for check in and check out. I don’t know that I would have felt comfortable getting to the hotel late or if I needed something because there’s not an actual person overseeing things. That said, the kiosk was fine. The check in lady and check out man made it simple enough. I think it took a little longer than it normally is in-person but it was all fine. Otherwise my stay was excellent. I liked that they sent a text in the morning asking what time I was planning to leave and can even pay a small fee to extend check out. I will stay there again. "

"Room was very clean and accurate as the images shown, the only problem is we didn’t have signal for one of the TV’s."

"I appreciated the staff checked ingredients to help with a food allergy at breakfast. Room was clean. Short drive to the space center"
