「L'appartement est propre mais il est particulièrement étroit et exigu. Impossibilité de se croiser dans l'appartement!!!Conviendrait mieux à une personne seule.La salle de douche dispose d'une porte en partie vitrée (floutée) qui donne sur la terrasse du deuxième appartement en location. Lorsque ses occupants profitent de leur terrasse, nous avons l'impression qu'ils sont avec nous dans la douche et aux toilettes. C'est assez gênant!!!」

「Our family of four stayed at one of the La Concierge apartments in July 2025. It was great. Very clean, well appointed, quiet, near shopping and restaurants. Espresso maker was wonderful. Bedrooms and bathroom facilities were nicely sized and comfortable. Check in was facilitated with Google translate and our daughter who is studying French in Angers. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. 」
