"The property is clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a wide variety. I really enjoyed Mr Chai in the lobby. Two areas that were a let down: the service at the Club Lounge and the damp feeling in the room. First, the service of the club lounge felt awkward. Some people were helpful but others had bad energy. I even heard one server ask the guy at the table in front of me if he needed anything in particular because she was busy and had other things to do. His reply: he just wanted to say hello. Awkward. Second, the room had a damp feeling and smell. The bedding and towels all felt not fully dry. Even the bench by the window had this same wet feeling."

"The room was modern and clean. Much cleaner than most in India. My room had a kitchenette with coffee and fridge. The location set back from the street helped reduce the noise. Breakfast was good and served on a pleasant rooftop. The staff was very nice. Their Travel Agency helped me arrange a trip to the Taj Mahal. I would recommend this hotel as a single traveler."

"Our stay at Neem Haveli was great, this heritage hotel is a fantastic spot in Old Delhi offering a chance to stay in a thoughtfully renovated and preserved piece of history. Don't be daunted by the walk from the main road, it's busy but short and on our arrival the team arranged for a rickshaw to pick us up. Inside Neem the activity and noise stops and the space offers a calm and relaxing vibe. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and it kept so much of the building's history and charm. Breakfast in the central courtyard with a view of the neem tree was a lovely way to start the day. The team were attentive and helpful throughout. They collected us from the airport, which made for a warm welcome to the city, and David organised a tour with the Kathika Cultural Centre over the road, which was a real highlight of our stay. Book the heritage tour! and thank you Javeria for such an insightful experience. Staying here we were a short walk or rickshaw to the cultural spots in Old Delhi and truly felt immersed in the history of the city. There are plenty of hotels to choose from in Delhi, but if you want to be immersed in the historic heart of the city, Neem Haveli is the place. Thank you David and Team!"
