I highly recommend of this hotel as a perfect services under a small operation staffs but the staffs are perfectly served by the heart to the guests. Services including all room services at any time, free laundry, receiving delivery with a warm smile. 我高度讚揚及建議這小小四合院戈住宿 。服務人員不多，但每位均熱誠用心，服務既貼身又貼心，任何時間想吃的都按需要預備，免費洗衣服務，园內有美麗的花，可愛会唱歌的鳥还有肥肥的錦鯉 。簡直樂而忘返 。感謝各位員工的服務，讓我有难忘的住宿體驗 。

We have nothing to complain only compliments 👍👍👍 Breakfast is great and hotel is so peaceful. The young boy Siu-L makes us feel so welcoming. Definitely one of the best hotel we stayed for a long time.

位置理想，靜中帶旺，日用品可隨時樓下買到。 酒店大堂大，亦方便等候打車。

The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. Whether it was for local recommendations on food, booking a tour, drying clothes or preparing a snack. They were all super helpful. The location is right in the middle of a busy hutong and very confident.

Everything is great, except the front desk staff working quite slow, it's all the time their problem, also the restaurant is not up to expectations

本人22/12至26/12入住唯美大床房(本想住高級大床房，但女朋友厭貴)，房間間隔不大，但感覺舒適。桌子、櫃櫥、抽屜等收納空間稍為不足，另外空間感不大。 但北京旅遊多數時間在外，以本人為例，以升旗，滑雪，長城為每天行程之首要目的，平均出門時間為早上7時。所以整潔的房間，能冲個靚涼，訓個靚教才是最重要。 酒店員工服務態度非常好！平安夜，床上收到蘋果=)。退房離開時有小手信，幾塊的稻香村餅乾。 平日酒店大堂會有各種熱茶，糖果。聖誕節那天更有美味的餅乾曲奇，規模不大、種類不多，但令人感到溫馨。 離開那天才有時間在酒店院子走一走，環境古色古香，有四合院的特色，卻不失現化高雅的感覺。另外偷看了一下，發覺每一間房間隔、擺位都有所不同，跟其他都一式一樣的酒店房不一樣，這樣每次入住都有新感覺。
