Incredibly nice experience

The staff was very friendly, always willing to support with any heeds/questions from our side and even more. Fantastic location, right on the shoreline, very clean rooms, amazing and variate breakfast.

Very nice breakfast

Even though it was not the most modern or newest hotel but it was very clean and everything worked. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was the tastiest in our whole trip in Crete (and we went to multiple others during the trip).

Stay here for few days and just chillax

Fantastic hotel to stay in close proximity to both airport (15mins drive) and Chania Old Town (20-25mins drive). Amazing pool with view, beach 5mins walk away, and fantastic hospitality and service (Mary at Reception is amazing). Top it all - have dinner/drinks with wonderful sunset view.

The best staff and service !!!! Iro and Mari are amazing. Very nice breakfast. Beautiful view and sunset if you have a sea view room. Will surely go back here. We travelled a lot and here I can say was a favorite place.

The property was very clean and quiet. The rooms all have excellent views. The food in the restaurant is exceptional and the breakfast included has a wide variety. The staff are all very nice but Mary at the front desk is very friendly and helpful - and she does this in four languages. She is a large part why we had such a great stay.

I have no words to describe the nicest staff in the hotel. We travelled all over the world, however the receptionists Iro and Maria are amazing. Everyone there is so nice. The breakfast is very nice plus you have many options at the hotel restaurant. I would surely go back to this place !!!

Hands down the best hotel in the area. Hidden gem to the north with an amazing view of the Mediterranean. A beach, store, and restaurant all within walking distance. Not to mention the hotel restaurant and bar are both amazing. Great service and friendly staff. Pool was average but very clean and a nice patio. Seems great for kids as well. Highly recommend for couples, families, or groups of friends.

Wonderful sea view from the restaurant/bar, and from most rooms/ balconies. Lovely pool. Lovely beach with safe bathing. I just wish the hotel would restore the shortcut pathway to the beach. It is unusable now, so one has to walk along a busy bending road with no pavement/sidewalk to get to the beach.

This is a very nice hotel overlooking the sea. Excellent and very friendly staff. Quick checkin. I was impressed by the speed of the elevator. I’ll review my room number 203. Nice and clean room. Bathroom door opened only 45 degrees because it would stop when it hit the toilet. No stopper for the bathtub. Door wouldn’t close completely without giving it a good nudge. No blackout curtains, but not necessary since there’s a rollup door for wind and rain protection, and it makes the room plenty dark. Very comfortable bed, pillows and comforter. White sheets and comforter which were spotlessly clean. Plenty of outlets in the room, including one on either side of the bed. Complimentary bottle of water in the fridge. TV monitor was on the small size, about 19 inches I think. But who watches TV with a nice beach and sea nearby? Amazing views of the sea. Restaurant serves excellent food. Breakfast buffet has lots of good selections including two egg dishes, different breads, fruit, Greek yogurt, cereals, bacon, coffee and juice options. They have good options on their regular menu, but the serving sizes are a bit small, and expensive. But very tasty. I discovered I can come later and only pay €12 for their nice breakfast buffet. I’ll be back.

Pretty good but needs a face lift

The rooms are more worn out than in the pictures. Clean and comfy though. The street noise was quite bad even during the night. Customer service that we got in the reseption was very nice but the restaurant staff seemed very busy and unhappy. Breakfast was better than expected. Location is perfect close to the airport and next to a lovely beach. Ate some fabulous seafood at the restaurant next door.

Perfect for few days away!

It's very nice and cosy hotel. Just right next to the beach. There is a swimming pool that is very nice and very clean. Food tasty and staff very friendly.

calm, clean and with great views

I recommend the sea view room it was insane! the hotel's breakfast was tasty and good! a clean, simple Greek-type hotel. I will definitely be back. If you're a bad sleeper, take earplugs with you on the trip :)

The manager and staff really want to ensure you are happy here. The breakfast is good and the pool and beach are amazing. I do think the rooms need a bit of a face lift but the food in the restaurant is also good. It’s a bit far but there’s a bus you can take to the bus station. Overall good stay
