「It was very clean and well maintained. It has full sized washer/dryer that came in handy. Location is an easy Uber/Lyft ride downtown. The unit is spacious with 2 full baths and surprisingly comfortable beds. Wished for bedside table lamps. Living room furniture is "well loved" but functional. Each unit has only 1 parking space but there is free parking on the street for any additional vehicles.」

「First, the apartment is not remodeled, the lights in the kitchen and living room do not work, they had a lamp in the living room which we had to use for the kitchen, some outlets do not work either and they do not respect parking rights, the dishwasher and the toilet are clogged and do not They leave enough towels, they left three and we are 7 people. The walls look dirty and battered In.reality, what they ask for is not worth it.」

「Cute place, and just as advertised. I communicated with the owner and he got back to me quickly which is appreciated.The kitchen has everything you need, but as there is no ice maker, there was a bag of ice already there which was great to see. The BR does not have a TV, but the bed is super comfy. Quite a bit of road noise from the open window, I used 2 fans to drown out the noise. However noise is minimal when window is closed (but must be a fire station near by - heard quite a few...

「Pictures are accurate, location couldn't be much better - super close to the Metro. Definitely a good value when compared to the alternatives (i.e. 2 hotel rooms).」
