"The host was very informative and accommodating, considering the circumstances, winter storm of 2026. As soon as we entered, we were all pleasantly surprised by how charming, welcoming, and warm the home, decor, amenities made us all feel. Although we wished we had more time to explore the quaint area near the home, it offered many interesting restaurants, boutiques, stores to explore. If the opportunity presents itself, we would definitely return to the South Hills Charmer."

"The room was very clean, and I was able to check in at 11:30am without a extra charge, which I was super greatful for due to being stuck at work for 4 days and I was exhausted. My tv wouldn’t work, called front desk and they tried to fix it. Once unable to fix, I was moved to a new room with the help of an awesome gentleman. Great staff, excellent service! "
