Come Stay Like a Local! This is a beautiful, spacious apartment in the heart of downtown - located above a quiet, quaint farm-to-table restaurant. In the space you'll find:

The Neighborhood:

The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

The rooms were as advertised but I would have liked a heads up that the area was under renovation. Not knowing the area, we were put off when we pulled up thinking we were not in a safe area when it actually was fine. It also would have been helpful to know that a small grocery store and breakfast place were a very short walk from the property. Overall, it turned out great and were very happy with the accommodations.

Location central to everything we wanted. Parking was only a block away. All kings and en suites! Only issue was finicky hot water. Can only run 1 shower or dishwasher at a time and you must shower quickly. Management company was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Would stay here again!

Great location in quiet neighborhood; two blocks from King Street with an easy walk. Apt. was very comfortable with 4 bedrooms - each with an en suite. Host was very responsive to any questions and issues. Parking available in a nearby lot. Concierge services are also available and were wonderful. Overall a great place when staying in Charleston.

Amazing location and lots of space!

3 friends stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in this wonderful apartment. The location can't be beat - it is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the sites. On a map it may look a bit far from the lower king / market area. It is not, it is close to everything, and the walk is so pretty. The neighborhood is quiet too which is nice compared to the busier areas. The beds are so comfortable, huge ensuite bathrooms in each room, and a big LR and kitchen. Really, everything you can want. Plus a great bagel shop on the corner that is a must try. Highly recommend.

This 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home was spacious and beautiful, very clean and fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchen essentials and in the best location! We had our 3 adult children and their spouses with us and it was perfect!

Careful with Dining chairs and house entrance

Have a group of seniors all age over 65, Did not see that the location is on 2nd floor. Entrance to the property is most disgusting, and has to climb a stair almost 20 steps. Dinning room chair are so wabbly has to be so careful. Most of the time we avoid using it. AC doesn't feel same cool in all room and so is hot water. complain about living room fan not working neven fixed.

Amazing Stay for Girls’ Weekend

Our party of 6 enjoyed our stay here in Charleston! It was perfect for us, as each of the four bedrooms had a full bath and it even had an extra half bath! The place was clean and beds were comfortable! It was everything we were hoping for. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We utilized the storage area before check in and after check out. Only suggestion would be to put curtains on the bedroom windows. There was an extra light coming in between street lights at night and sunlight in the morning. Thank you for a great stay!
