Pleasant and convenient

We had the perfect stay at this location. Everything was as described, and it was ideal for our family and our plans for the week. While we did not have an opportunity to use the grill or outdoor space, it was nice to have those options. We were comfortable and enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood after our busy beach and sightseeing days. Thank you to the owners for a lovely stay.

Great stay!

The house was bright and airy and well appointed.....the online listing is very accurate. Beds were very comfortable. Enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc for our 3 might stay. It was very convenient for the activities we had planned. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean, Beautiful Home!

This house was perfect for our baseball tournament at The Shipyard (10 minute drive)! The home was perfectly clean and supplied with everything we could need! The neighbors are also wonderful! Will definitely stay here again with my family of four and two grandparents!

Nice Stay

This house was a great choice for us while visiting family in Mt. Pleasant. We were so close to everything in Mount Pleasant. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Perfect for our family of 4!

We enjoyed staying here away from the hustle and bustle. Neighborhood was very quiet and a short drive to beaches and downtown. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

Cozy Cottage / Great Location

Travel for Baseball Tournament at Shipyard Park

The house was a short drive to Shipyard park. All details were perfectly thought out for our stay. It was perfect for the kids in our group and the adults too!

Perfect location

Our family visited the area for a basketball tournament my daughter was participating in. The location of this house gave us very easy access to everything we needed. The kitchen was adequately stocked, and we really liked the layout of the house. We would definitely stay again the next time we visit Charleston!

Lovely stay for girl’s trip!

We had a perfect time here! Four ladies with lots of space! Could have easily had two more. The neighbors are so kind! We didn’t use the outdoor space (hurricane!), but it was super cute! It was bit of a drive to downtown (30ish minutes), but so nice to come back to a comfortable home at the end of the day!

Great location & Quiet Neighborhood

Our whole family enjoyed this house. It was comfortable and so welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved having the laundry right off the kitchen. The bunkbeds were fun for our kids. This was close to grocery stores and easy access to sites.

Great Christmas Stay

My wife and I, along with 2 daughters' families, were spending Christmas with our extended family who live nearby in Mt. Pleasant. Falling Moss was the perfect place to stay for the 8 of us. It was clean, had easy check-in and checkout, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Only minor problem was the heating system was often too cool downstairs and too hot upstairs. Would use the property again without hesitation.

Great stay!

The location was great! We stayed for my son’s baseball tournament for the week. It comfortably accommodated four adults and two children. The place is very well equipped with things and the neighborhood is cute and quiet. However, the beds could be a littlep more comfortable and less firm along with the pillows. The house could use some minor repairs and paint, but otherwise the location is great and convenient to a lot of different things and is a close drive into Charleston and other places! We enjoyed our time in Mt. Pleasant/Charleston

Felt like Home

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very welcoming! It had everything we needed! It was so convenient to have bed liens and towels provided. All we had to do was walk in and our vacation started. We came to Mt Pleasant for a travel ball tournament at the Shipyard. It was great having a washer and dryer for baseball uniforms. We had plenty of room inside and outside for relaxing after games. The house was close to the ball park and the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Vacation Rental

Best beach vacation rental ever! We had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate and we had everything we needed for a stay with three very young children. We were thrilled to find a drawer full of games and even a box full of blocks for the kids to play with. The garage was stocked with outdoor toys and games. We brought our scooters and loved playing in the cul de sac and exploring the neighborhood. Our only complaint was that the mattress in the master bedroom was VERY hard. Wonderful experience over all. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Charleston!
