A short walk to famed King Street, 'The Summer Haze' is a private Charleston home, with private pool! Renovated with modern comforts, experience the charm of a traditional Charleston home, with comfortable bedrooms & en suite bathrooms, well appointed Kitchen & living spaces, & tranquil pool deck.
The Space:
The Summer Haze accommodates up to 11 guests between 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, a kitchen, and a cozy living room with a king-sized sleeper sofa
• Bedroom #1 – Flexroom King can be made into two twins + Full Bathroom + Ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom #2 – King bed + Ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom #3 – King bed + Ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom #4 – 2 Twin beds + Ensuite bathroom
* Livingroom- King-Sized Memory Foam Sleeper Sofa

Guest Access:
Each Town & Island Co. unit is equipped with coded locks and unique codes that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock in the backyard for guests to use as needed.
The Neighborhood:
Cannonborough Elliotborough is a charming, hip neighborhood, dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, trendy eateries & bakeries. Residents, students, & vacationers enjoy a walkable lifestyle, just a few blocks from bustling Upper King Street.
Getting Around:
Located in the heart of the downtown peninsula, with a neighborhood location Rated a 97/100 walkability score. Explore Charleston with ease.
Too hot or too far to walk? Not a problem, Charleston offers a variety of transportation options such as a free downtown shuttle, pedicab, or ride share companies.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes Pets. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible for informing us that you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply, and no refund will be issued.
