Great place

Great place and yourpads is always great. It is a four bedroom, but it’s split into two apartments which worked perfect for us.

Perfect location!

The place was VERY clean and the host was always available for questions. We were located walking distance to King Street shopping. Great shopping and restaurants. Went to FIG, Magnolia, and several local restaurants for a beverage and appetizer. Carriage ride was historical and the guide was great. I highly recommend renting this for a perfect time!

Best spot in Charleston

This house on Spring Street was awesome! Close enough to easily walk to everything to but far enough for us to take a breath. Perfect for our family of 6 and would have easily accommodated 8 and could have doubled that with downstairs rental if needed. Kitchen with fridge was just enough. This place was charming, clean and absolutely perfect. We will be back!

Great place in Charleston

This place was very conveniently located in a lovely Charleston neighborhood. The space worked wonderfully for my husband and me and our 2 kids and families, 9 of us. We had plenty of bedroom space and plenty of bathrooms. The small kitchenette was sufficient for our needs for 3 days. The only downside was there was only one free parking space and the paid garage parking for a second vehicle was a bit of a walk from the place. The instructions from YOURPAD were timely and very good. The host was very attentive with quick, helpful responses and very kind.

Charming and walkable

This property was perfect for our one-night stay in Charleston. My husband and I along with our daughter and her fiancé were in town for wedding planning tasks. We had the entire upstairs of the home, which is two units. The bedrooms were all quite sizable and nicely furnished with extremely comfortable beds, and the entire property was spotless and well stocked. The only issue we had was that the shower in our unit did not produce much hot water, and we don’t take extremely long showers. Our daughter said that the other unit had sufficient hot water. Also, the bathroom sinks in our unit strangely would not deliver hot water until we turned the shower on. We communicated these issues to the property managers and they were very quick to answer and troubleshoot. I would still recommend staying here - it is lovely and VERY clean! - but I hope that the hot water issues can be resolved.

"Our family of seven absolutely loved our stay at this VRBO in Charleston! The property was incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated all of us, which can be a challenge with a larger group.The location was a major highlight. We appreciated being within easy walking distance to a fantastic selection of restaurants and charming shops. Exploring downtown Charleston was also a breeze from here, with very convenient access.The host provided all the necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable and hassle-free. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive and helpful throughout our booking and stay. Check-in and check-out processes were also smooth and straightforward.The only minor point to note is that there was some street noise audible in the front bedrooms, but this didn't significantly detract from our overall positive experience.We would highly recommend this property to any family looking for a comfortable, well-located, and accommodating place to stay in Charleston!"

Great location and nice place - but two separate apartments

Was very nice and well appointed. We stayed to look at colleges and to visit friends and family in Charleston. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. One thing we didn’t realize is that the place is two separate apartments. It worked out fine as we were traveling with another family but could be an issue if you wanted the whole crew behind one door. Still, overall was a great place.

Charleston Visit

The property was clean and comfortable. It was close to downtown as advertised. The only thing I would consider a problem was parking. The parking spot was too small. I have an suv and it took up most of the space leaving not much room for the cars parking next to me. This was a problem for me because when I would leave and come back I would have to squeeze into my allotted spot. Passengers would have to get out of the car before I could fit into my spot. I also didn't see in the listing that I would be on the second floor.

Great place to stay...

Overall, this place is great to stay in if you're looking for somewhere that's close to downtown and located in a good neighborhood. Only downsides to this property are that it has a very small kitchen with no dining table (so not great if you are planning on cooking and eating at the house), they only provide one set of towels per guest for the duration of the stay (which is very inconvenient since there is also no washer and dryer so you have to reuse the same towel and washcloth), and as previously stated, no washer and dryer (fine for short stays but difficult if staying more than a couple of days). There is also not great parking options if your party has more than one vehicle, You will end up parking several blocks away and paying for parking since there is only one space available for guest of The Inns to park a block away from the property. However, the rooms were nice and clean, all emails were answered promptly and they did bring us more towels when asked. So I would definitely recommend if staying for a short time but not so much if staying for more than that. That being said it is a great option if you are looking for a nice place to stay close to downtown for a decent price, even on 4th of July week.
