"Did not feel anywhere close to safe in the facility or surrounding area. Smells in the reception area did not give me confidence in what my room would look like or smell like or what condition it would be in and the person who I tried to check in with gave me attitude in several occasions. I went to another hotel even though my booking was nonrefundable. You could not pay me to go back to this place. "

"Worn out, sagging mattress. Dirty bathroom Narrow, noisy hallways. Paper thin walls and doors that slam. I won’t stay here again. "

"The hotel was great but on the weekend the pool was packed and people left towels on chairs that were not being used. It wasn’t clear if all those people were even staying at the hotel. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool more. The place was clean and the location was excellent. The staff was very nice but the valet attendants were loud and you can hear them right outside the window early in the morning. If it wasn’t for the pool and the noise I would have given them 5 stars. "

"Central location. Staff phenomenal. Great restaurant and pleasant rooftop restaurant/bar. Service was super slow on the Rooftop both times, it helped that the weather was good. Artwork throughout the property made it unique. Who else serves milk and cookies at 9:00 each night? I would definitely stay there again. "
