Great location in a lively area! Local shops were cute. Walking distance from King Street and City Market. Loved the porch. Clean, stocked, and comfortable. Nice bedding! Appreciated the communication from our host during our stay. Perfect place for a girl trip!!

Perfect rental for a group

One of the best rental experiences I've had. Property was exactly as described and in very good condition. There was a minor issue with checking in but the host was extremely responsive and remedied it immediately. I am very happy with this trip and would recommend Stay Duvet to anyone traveling to Charleston.

Birthday week

The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and well-furnished, bright with a cheerful feel. We had easy walking access to King Street and neighborhood merchants/restaurants. The primary downstairs bedroom is lovely. However, its proximity to the street and the lack of double-pane windows made it unusable; the street noise was overwhelming. Also, the double French doors have no privacy window coverings, just sheers. There needs to be more storage in the bedrooms as there is no place to store folding items; a small dresser would be helpful. The kitchen is functional, and the double trash containers are a good idea. We would have appreciated laundry detergent pods, plastic and foil wrap, and a broom/dustpan. Having plenty of bathrooms for our group was great, and we always had hot water. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we enjoyed ourselves. We would have liked to have a quieter location with fewer rentals. On 10/24, the tenants in Unit A were in the driveway singing and yelling until 2:00 am. We reported the disturbance to Duvet. Charleston has abundant history, and we will most likely return; the locals are gracious and hospitable. However, our stay will be outside of the downtown area.

Great house in the perfect location!

This house was perfect for a weekend stay with friends. The property was clean, the hosts were very accomodating, and it is in the perfect location just a short walk from many king street and some of the best restaurants in Charleston!

Perfect spot for us!

Such a great place. Everything is in great condition, and rooms are bright and open, and all was comfortable. Easy walk to King Street and the great shops, restaurants, and night life. Easy parking. We loved it.

Great family location!

The property was bright and airy, with a nice large common area. We had 7/8 adults and 1 infant, and the space was great for us. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The listing was accurate that it is only 4 blocks from King, but to get to the more active/popular sections, it is another several blocks along King. Not a problem at all for us! Just something to keep in mind, especially if you have little ones walking with you.

Great stay

Nice place. Big, cool, great ambiance. Bright, new appliances. Great response from the concierge. Tried to accommodate our parking situation. Had two cars for one of the 4 units on the property. They let us use one of the other spots as long as there was no other renters there. Educated us on street parking (can park in street for free 6p-9a. /hour parking around the neighborhood. Told us where local garage is located. Very helpful and nice. Only downsides, water pressure in shower was not good.

Great alternative to a hotel fir the business trip.

The property with five bedrooms, four and one half baths served our trip nicely. The property was very clean. It provided ample space for everyone for our trip. If in the area in the future we would definitely look to see if the property was available.

Perfect for our large group!

I stayed in Charleston for a wedding with a big group of friends. There were only two people to a bathroom and there was plenty of space! We were able to walk everywhere. I completely fell in love with charming Charleston! Can’t wait to come back!
