「Property is going to work on the lack of air. 3 air units were delivered during our stay so you know they are working on it. One of the bedrooms is a walk through so there is a lack of privacy. There are curtains but they don't really work. Maybe heavier ones? Loved the unique architecture and sitting up front looking at the water. Great access to the beach and downtown. Most amazing fireplace!」

「This was a really nice place with lots of room. Kitchen was great and the Master bath was super nice! Had a full washer and dryer that was very clean and nice.」

「Wonderful property, close enough to downtown to have access to all attractions but far enough away to avoid any heavy traffic. 」

「Super cute place, very quiet and serene and private. It is a little bit of a hike up to the treehouse (as it should for a treehouse!) so prepare for a rest break on your way up if you bring anything heavy with you, haha! I dropped a star for communication with the owner only because you communicate via another platform with them, and it was tough to know where to email questions and when to anticipate a response, though we did connect eventually! I don't have experience with communication...

「Excellent location. Walk to everything. House is very well stocked and the check in was smooth and friendly.」

「Absolute Perfection in Charlevoix! We had the most incredible stay at this 1867 Historic Farmhouse! The home is beautifully preserved, charming, and wonderfully decorated. The hosts have truly thought of every single detail to make their guests feel welcome. We arrived to a lovely bottle of wine, and the pantry was incredibly well-stocked with convenient extras like pasta and sauce, mac and cheese, popcorn, and oatmeal. The amenities kept everyone perfectly entertained—the game room has plenty of...

「Instructions sent for location were overly complicated then upon arrival. host came out to the driveway and literally yelled at me about not following them to her specifications- again giving way too much detail without pausing. Later I contacted her through the app with a question and never got a response. Many type written signs in room & bathhouse- more snippy than necessary but guests clearly got the messages . The location however was beautiful; sunset & sunrise both picture perfect. ...

「This has now become our go-to place to stay in Boyne. Our home away from home always greets us with clean, cozy and very comfortable accommodations that meet our needs just right. Looking forward to next time!」

「Great place and great experience. We will be going back! Had my sailboat docked at the nearby Summerset Point Marina and it worked perfectly. The house is lovely, clean and perfectly located.」

「This place was great for us and our pups. It was walking distance to the vibrant downtown area of Boyne City and only a short drive to a nice sized dog park. Charlevoix was a reasonable drive away for access to the pedestrian Wheelway for walking and biking. The house was neat and clean and well supplied with everything we needed. We will keep this one on our short list next time we come to the area.」

「Wonderful clean property! A charming and quaint home with soft beds and an open layout. Guest bathroom is tight for adult use. Fantastic location within walking distance to downtown!」

「Great experience and customer service focused , for example welding drinks and snacks, firewood, etc. Great space for us with three kids and two couples. Extra towels for swimming, boats are the only thing we could think of that could make it even better, or else just plan to bring some!」
