Dated and worn faucets, shower, knobs etc. Mattress was very hard. Screened in porch was a little dirty and there was a rotten smell outside. Maybe gas? It is a little bit of a hike up to the treehouse (as it should for a treehouse!) so prepare for a rest break on your way up if you bring anything heavy with you, haha! I dropped a star for communication with the owner only because you communicate via another platform with them, and it was tough to know where to email questions and when to anticipate a response, though we did connect eventually!
