「The space was charming and clean. Location was ideal for access to town and parking very convenient. I would have liked a USB charger some where in the unit, and a toilet paper holder. It was not easy to access behind you on the tank top. The chairs at the dining table were not very comfortable and there was nasty water in the base of the toilet bowl scrubber. I know the description stated steep stairs to the loft but I didn't realize you could barely stand up once you climbed up there. I did...

「We paid for early check in at 1pm, we arrived at 1:30 and the room was not ready until almost 2:45. We were attending a wedding that started at 4 pm and wanted to be refreshed and ready to go by 3:15. The room/condo was lovely and clean. Only negatives were we could not figure out how to turn on the lights in the kitchen. We were told we would be issued a refund for our early check in snafu and have yet to receive it.」

「We had a great time at the cottage! Everything was there that we needed and then some. Location was convenient to town, to the Lake Michigan beach, walking trails and wineries. The area is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. Great place to bring bikes. Beds were comfortable however bunk beds are not meant for adults. I have stayed in others rentals owned by our host and always have a wonderful experience.」

「My family and I (we have 2 boys - 7 and 5) truly enjoyed spending a week in Charlevoix in the Kroger Lofts. The property was spotless, decorated well and a super convenient location, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. The owners were quick to respond to questions and extremely helpful. The place was also well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, laundry detergent, games, etc. My family and I definitely recommend staying here!」
