"Staff was honest. Hotel was a mess. Remodel? Was in progress. We traveled from states away and hoped to feel at home and relaxed but it was a mess. Bummed the pool was gross with windows being replaced and construction was in process. For the amount of money we booked for this hotel, I was not impressed! ..."

"The location is great. I could see the lake from my room and balcony [through the trees]. The exterior and interior design is interesting. A ten minute walk to the downtown and marina is convenient and there is an overlook and stairs to the shore 5 minutes away at the end of the street. I'm glad ..."

"The house was clean and comfortable. Several cars would go by slowly and take photos. It's very special and it's in a good location in Charlevoix and by Lake Michigan. We enjoyed it."
