Excellent rental close to Charlette

The location was close to downtown Charlette which was great. The only downside was its proximity to the Airport and planes flying overhead. The facitiity and the area are great. Close to biking and hiking.

Great Location and Amenities

We found the unit to be very comfortable and enjoyed the gym, lounge and pool amenities. It was a very convenient location near many stores and restaurants. This was a pet friendly unit, but we did find the carpets in the bedroom and the carpet in the living room to need deep cleaning or replacement because of strong pet odors.

Reluxme Property not as Advertised

The picture of this property did not reflect actual. This turns out to be a mediocre 2 bedroom apartment in large complex in a very congested part of town. The unit was poorly furnished with few amenities. The parking is ok but controlled by permit. On my last morning my vehicle was booted even though the permit was clearly visible on the dash. It cost $180 to have it removed. The property manager did nothing. Great money making scam. I give this property an Avoid at all Costs - Just Ssy No
