"Overall, I had a good experience. That being said, I stayed in two different rooms. The first room was in the newer part of the building and it was so cold. No heat came out of the vents. I was miserable. The second night I stayed in the older part, it was fantastic."

When i am traveling 8 hours from home to have surgery and see a specialist I certainly don't want to be staying at hotel where the employees are rude and disrespectful and make you feel like an inconvenience. "Room was small but everything worked as it should and it was nice to have a smart tv. The breakfast was delicious! Very well stocked and good options. The staff were quick to get us into a room on arrival at 11am during the snowstorm. Also the pool and hot tub were clean and not crowded, plus open 24hrs was nice!"
