“Room did not match the photos
The beds were that close together there was so room to put your legs out
The headboard didn’t match the beds so your head hit the wall
The bed hand a duvet under the sheet but not the whole way so there was a dip at the top of the bed.
The room was freezing, scanned the qr code to request help, no response. Told the front desk and they send up a heater said they would get someone to look at it didn’t come. Bathroom freezing. It was a really stormy night

“We stayed in a room that is more spacious than average ones. Clean and tidy.
Staff are very polite and hospitable. Buffet style English breakfast is served, and quite tasty. The kitchen even takes simple orders to suit your needs.
Guests can also use the pool and gym for free, which is rare for many hotels.
Lots of parking spaces.
The only concern is that the room has no air conditioning. During a summer day it could be rather hot and stuffy.”

“Pleasantly surprised at the size of the premium room with amenities and even 2 bottles of drinking water plus room slippers! Wish I was staying longer than 1 night. Very convenient location to train station and T2.”

“Staff were nice and helpful. The layout and all set up are above standard.
I didn’t know they had a new policy for the swimming pool access when I booked the room, I got a message from the hotel they only allow guests of superior room or higher to access, or you pay for extra, When we checked in the staff gave us complimentary access, I don’t know if this is special treatment or for all guests who didn’t know the changes. The swimming pool was small and also a bit crowded, they rented out one……
