「We have just returned from the most wonderful weekend at Cheshire Barns. The cottages are absolutely stunning and are so cosy and inviting. They have absolutely every amenity we could have wished for as a family staying with young children . The bonus of a gorgeous hot tub and tennis courts was fantastic. 「Excellent location for visiting Cheshire and Peak District. The cleanliness and standard of the furniture and fittings in the cottage could not be faulted and Brenda was very helpful. Outdoor space not private.」

「Great location for our annual family trip home. Janet and Rob are very welcoming and everything was ready and perfect for are 14 night stay. We have tried to book this location in previous years but they were booked. We will definitely be trying again in the future. It’s now top of our list of vacation homes. 」

「We booked this property for a family of 12 as it was close to a family wedding at Chester zoo. The property offers everything, it's spacious, clean and even has a games room to keep the kids entertained. The rooms were good sizes with bathrooms of each of the 3 floors. We also visited blue planet aquarium and Cheshire oaks which were only 20 minutes drive and tried out the local pubs which were good and had an Indian at indivala which was amazing. I highly recommend staying at this property.」

「We throughly enjoyed our stay , we had good communication with the owners and the cottage was very clean and spacious. Parking was never a problem and it is in a quiet area but very handy for Chester which is a lovey town .The hot tub was great and was used every day . 」

「A lovely spot in a countryside location. The cottage, on a working farm, was very clean and comfortable and offered everything needed for a short break. The location, to the side of the A54, was not without some traffic noise, but this was more than made up for by the ease of access to nearby market towns, the Peak District and Manchester itself. Farmhouse Cottage is somewhere we'd stay again.」

「We have used Hotels.com many times and Sykes cottages a number of times this past year al very good and this was excellent. The booking was easy but the owner of this cottage was excellent in communication and instructions ( Gaynor ) there isn’t enough I could say and we had the privilege of meeting her when she did midweek check on jacuzzi. 「For a three bedroom (sleeps six) cottage this is great value. It's generally in satisfactory condition. OK, the garden and cottage could do with sprucing up a bit but it's a good place to stay. There is plenty of car parking space around the back, and a large village (Kelsall) two miles away」

"I wish I have chance to visit the hotel but I didn't due to booking mistake. The Hotels.com and hotel staff are helping me for the cancellation refund and I hope to have further progress since there is not much new so far."
