We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very accommodating and showed us through the house upon arrival. The location was amazing within walking distance from all the major attractions. We spent lots of time up on top floor patio that looks out over the river and the foot bridge. We will definitely be back.

Charming cottage in great location

Loved the location of this charming cottage in Chester. Met with owners in person for an overview of the house. Home is walking distance to the Rows, Roman wall and ruins, beautiful parks and the train station. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the rooftop terrace overlooking the bridge and the river!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Riverbridge Cottage. We loved being in such a unique property, and its vibrant location. It was a glorious weekend and so we were able to use the first floor terrace. The cottage has all the comforts of home and Barbara and Neil clearly care about the cottage and their guests. Wonderful.

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage in Chester. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedding was luxurious as well! The little touches and local art made it feel extra special. You could spend quite a bit of time admiring all the art pieces in this home. The location was perfect, peaceful and charming, yet just a short distance from the heart of Chester. After long days exploring the city, it was so nice to come back to such a relaxing and cozy retreat.We really appreciated how thoughtful and responsive our host was, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable place to stay in Chester.

We had a wonderful stay at Riverbridge Cottage in Chester. The cottage is exceptionally clean, quiet, and conveniently located for all our activities around town. Excellent location

Riverbridge cottage is a quaint, highly-decorated home. The owners have spared no expense in quality workmanship and decor. It is ideal for the special guest who is looking for a british experience. The reason for 4 stars is that each room is small and separate. We had difficulty finding space for personal items, luggage etc. However, a great location with easy access to all that Chester has to offer.

A beautiful cottage

Riverbridge is a beautiful cottage in a perfect location for a break in Chester. It had everything we needed for our stay and everything was top quality, I don't think I had better/more comfortable beds in any holiday let. Neil and Barbara were perfect hosts, the welcome basket very much appreciated. It may not be suitable for smaller children though thanks to the interesting decor. Parking could be a bit tricky but it was ok later in the day.
