“Was a lovely place to stay, not too far from anything we wanted to do which was great. The host had kindly left milk, butter and eggs for us in the kitchen which we appreciated! The house was tidy and clean. My only comment would be that there were lots of cobwebs in the rooms but otherwise we had a lovely stay ”

“What a lovely cottage and an excellent host. The village of Youlgrave is stunning with plenty of local amenities, x3 pubs, Post Office, Local store and Bakery. Never been to a place which is so praceful at night with no light pollution. Well located for many of the Peak District's pleasures. The log burner was particularly enjoyed as it was still with chilly towards the end of April. Would definately recommend.”
