“This rental is about convenience and location. A half a block from U Street and a green line metro station -- that was the perfect combo for our needs: good restaurants and easy access to Smithsonian museums. We ate in the neighborhood all three nights (Barcelona, Doi Moi and Eatopia) and happy with all. Self check-in and check-out were easy, too. Each bedroom has a double bed that can sleep two. Two full baths (and a half bath on main floor) also a plus. Kitchen is fully stocked if you want to……

“The location of this house is fantastic! Everything on King Street and Prince Street is easily walkable, so that was great for me and my family. The house was fun and unique, and my kids loved the spiral staircase. The upstairs bedroom with 3 separate beds was a huge plus — it’s rare to find a 2-bedroom home where all 3 of our kids can sleep comfortably, so they were all thrilled to each have their own bed (and my husband and I were equally thrilled to avoid the “it’s not my turn to be on the……

“We loved this rental! It had everything we needed including a lovely kitchen, cozy living room area, 1.5 bathrooms, and beds that were so comfortable! The location is great, too. The neighborhood is lovely. We walked into the city (just under 2 miles) for the museums but it would be a short and easy drive or uber ride in! Hosts were so kind and communicated well. We will definitely be back!”
