可以多作比較才選擇此酒店
在nimman 中心，很方便。鄰近 Maya mall, 斜對面有間 salad concept 餐廳，好吃及健康，另過對面馬路沿小行入有一間很多人排隊的泰菜，又平又好食。 大堂很簡陋，我Check in 時，front desk 找不到我的Booking, 我給她看我的Booking 確認。她才努力找。 第二天回酒店發覺沒有了拖鞋，及沒有refil 茶包。出外 Dinner時告訴 front desk, 回來時再查詢，拖鞋已送到房間，但设有茶包，後來送到房間。 沒有早餐供應，以此價格不合理。此價錢在其他酒店起碼有簡單早餐。 房間 空間很足夠

It is very near to airport and at the centre of nimman road so it is very convenient. The room is bigger than expected. It is well-equipped and tidy.

Friendly but noisy
Was incredibly noisy as under the flight path. Internet was not very good. Staff were great and friendly. Room was nice.

It's worth a look
Extended my stay due to pandemic and chiang Mai bring safer than other locations. The room was decent, though the in-room safe needed replacing and the air con in the living room started to leak water into the living room. There was also an issue with ants invading the kitchen area. The staff were quick to address all the issues and assist with some business I needed to take care of. It's a decent hotel in a great location that's dealing with a global pandemic. For the value for money, I could and have done a lot worse.

Good value for the money
The location is excellent, staff are very helpful and attentive and while the hotel is showing its age a bit, and the quality of the sofa and chairs aren't high quality, if you're looking for a place within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants, as well as parks and night life, you could do a lot worse. The place isn't perfect but it's good enough that after 13 nights, when plans changed, I decided to book another 9 nights rather than look elsewhere. I'd book here again, too.

広いリビングと広いベッドルーム。広いバスルーム。部屋は家族で住めそうな程広く、収納も充分ありました。小さなバルコニーには洗濯物も少しだけ干せる。 ホテルは空港からもアクセスがよく、30TBHでバスで簡単に着きます。美味しいレストランやカフェ、ショッピングのアクセスも良かった。 場所の割に広く、お手頃価格だがベッドの上にも、バスルームにも小さい茶色の蟻が何匹もいます。 バスルームにはバスタブもあるが、清潔には見えないのでシャワーしか使わなかったがシャワーは水圧が弱い上に温かいお湯がでるまで5分程かかる。 髪を洗ったり身体を洗う間節水でお湯を止めると次にまたお湯が出てくるまでまた5分程かかる。 2月のチェンマイで濡れた身体でお湯が出るのを待つのは寒かった。タオルはとても白く綺麗で清潔でした。残念なのは部屋のあかり。冷蔵庫みたいな青白い蛍光灯でした。 使ったカップとスプーンは洗われてシンクの台に下向きに乾かされていたが、シンク台が綺麗とは限らないので衛生上新しいものに毎日交換してほしい。

チェンマイ滞在時はいつもこのホテルと決めています。 ニマンヘミン通りに面していて、近所には飲食店や大きなショッピングモールもあり生活に便利です。 今回は二週間の滞在でしたが、快適な時間が過ごせました。 もともとは分譲マンションとして建てられたそうで、部屋は60平米以上あり寝室・バス・トイレ他にキッチンやリビングルームも付いています。　１階には日系の居酒屋があり何度も利用したし、マッサージルームでは快適なタイ式マッサージが受けられます。 フロントの方とも顔なじみ、チェックアウトの際は皆さんで見送りをしてくれました。こんなフレンドリーな対応が魅力のホテルです。

A little bit older but clean condominium type hotel. When I pulled out the key card for going out, the refrigerator's electricity was also turned off, so I asked the front desk staff to fix the room's electrical wiring mistakes, and they solved the problem quickly.

チェンマイ滞在の際はここに決めています。形態はサービスアパートメントですが、ホテルと同様24時間フロント対応が出来るし毎日のルームメイクもしてくれます。 部屋は広く今回宿泊した部屋は60平米以上ありました、簡易キッチンもあって料理も可能です。従業員の方とも顔見知りとなり快適な滞在となりました。

One word I can say about this hotel, "I LOVE IT". From the cost of staying here which is very reasonable, the hotel condition which quite new, the spaciousness of the room and the location, location and location which is my most favorite. This hotel locates right at Nimman street where all the nightlife, restaurants and cute coffee shops are. I would totally stay here again whenever I visit Chiangmai.

ニマンヘミンSoi8の入口からすぐです。朝食会場が工事中とのことで、選んだメニューを部屋に運んでくれました。価格なりのシンプルな部屋です。スタッフは協力的でした。ホテルの脇に近々世界の山ちゃんがオープンするようです。

체크인 할때 웰컴 드링크와 물수건을 줌. 방은 넓고 크며 깔끔 하게 관리 잘 되어 있음. 단 욕조는 사용 안함 . 사용하기에는 살짝 더러움. 1층에 pub 이 있어서 낮에는 커피 ( 예상외로 잘 만들어 나옴 ) , 밤에는 술.. 차길에 있어서 밖에서 막을수도 있음. 위치는 님만해민 길에 있음.

가격 대비 넓은 방을 이용하시려면 추천함. 침대는 작고 푹신하지 않음. 밖에서 냄새가 들어오는지 침실에서 자꾸 쾨쾨한 냄새가 났음. 거실과 침실이 넓으나 방청소를 해주지 않음. 조식은 1층 카페에서 메뉴를 고르면 되는데 종류가 적음. 머무르는 동안 허벅지에 빈대에 물린 것 처럼 두드러기가 나서 그런지 침구 청결도가 신경쓰임.

Firstly, I've stayed in this hotel for at least 5-6 times and every time it's always because of the same reason - location. Strategically located, it's just minutes walk to Maya shopping centre and just directly opposite all the shops of indie cafes and restaurants in Nimman. Apart from the location, the rest is just average. Lobby is not air conditioned, that's fine. But I think when the WiFi isn't functional, not weak but not even working, then it's an issue. Even after informing them and they trying to rectify the issue, it still wasn't rectified by the time I checked out. Thankfully I always get the tourist sim card whenever I visit Thailand on a monthly basis. Apart from that, this hotel is priced reasonably for its location.
