Clean, great location close to Boystown. Very basic but perfect for a weekend getaway. Beds were creaky and air conditioning was loud. Communication with hosts around checking in/out an hour early or late was off putting with varying fees.

Nice, comfortable basement apt but overhead noise from occupants walking around in heels or heavy footfalls mars an otherwise exceptional stay. Also, the ac unit is VERY loud and in summer heat does not cool the apt because of high humidity levels. Beds are comfy and location is quiet. We enjoyed our stay but the noise of the ac unit and the upstairs occupants was annoying.

Our stay here was okay, but definitely not the best place I've stayed. The linens were discolored and rough. The bed creaked. There was discoloration along most of the floorboards, and insulation was coming out of the walls in places. The wall paneling often did not reach the floor. There was not a single box of tissues. The toilet moved side to side when you sat on it. I was grateful we did not see any bugs and the apartment met our needs, but I wouldn't stay here again.
