I got this hotel bc it's close to the airport and pet friendly. Staff was very welcoming to my pup. JJ (pup) is extremely friendly and jumpy & will bark when he sees people bc of his love and excitement for all people & the staff were very loving towards him. Very friendly staff and I would definitely use them again in the future. thank you!

My first day their I woke up to noise 7 am I'm the morning. And the sink fill up with water a don't go down unless you stand there and hold the stopper up. Very frustrating time consuming. My second day I woke up to a roach crawling on the chair next to bed so I get up to try to kill it an it ran back down in chair . Of course I couldn't go back to sleep and he came out the chair again and I killed it. I left it in the room so the cleaner can see it she say we don't have roaches. How would she no people infest rooms all the time. I told her I don't have roaches that I didn't bring no roach with me with me either. Why will I complain about my own roach. But also the bed squeaks every time you move. I stop at the front desk before I left but no one was there to tell my experience to. So I left.

First and foremost I reserved a king size room earlier in the day only to check in and receive a queen studio room. Then myself and partner go to the room and there were huge red stains all over the floor the end table was scuffed up and dusty looking and overall did not appear to be clean. I went back down stairs where Ashley was not and myself and two other guests who were checking in just stood around for about ten minutes. I complained about the room and went from 221 to 317 because the second floor smelled of vomit. The next room we saw was slightly better visually but only had three pillows and the window was open when we came in and the toilet seat was up. The fridge made an unbearably loud fridge which we had to just turn off luckily. I remeber staying at this same location in 2020 and it’s sad to say but it’s fallen off in a big way or I had two bad rooms. Also the ac wasn’t working properly.

My room had a very bad odor and the carpet was dirty. The floor was filthy and so was the microwave. I had to wipe it down before it was used. The television barely worked. The screen was dark.

Lots of time when you go to a hotel and you felt the room is not cleaned but you have no proof. This room is so visible on the dirtiness. There are pets' hair on the chair. The vinyl floor in the bathroom and kitchen are sticky. The room has no paper cups, no shampoo, no cloth hanger, no coffee maker. the front desk lady is super nice and I got all above, but annoying that you have to make extra trips while elevator is down. The heater and bathroom fan made very loud noise that hurts your ears.

Across from a Costco it’s great if you have a Costco card and an appetite. No can openers or dishes in your room. When you get there you are told to take out your own garbage and bring your linens to the front desk if you want clean ones. Not what I’m used to in a hotel. The rooms are quiet and I was not disturbed. The breakfast consists of coffee, oatmeal and granola bars again not what I was use to especially for the price.

I was not a fan of the room. The first room looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned so I talked to the front desk and they switched the room. Second room was much better and you could tell it had been cleaned because it smelled fresh.
